Our Story

OSC Foundation Inc. was born from love, legacy, and lived experience. Founded in Alpharetta, Georgia, our organization was created in honor of the founders' late mother & grandmother—whose initials form our name—a woman of deep faith, boundless compassion, and unwavering dedication to community service. Her life was a blueprint for empowerment, mentoring, and fellowship, especially among the communities.

Ring My Bell was created for cancer survivors who—like OSC and her daughter—never got to ring that bell signaling the end of treatment. We ring it together in hope and healing. Ring My Bell initiative supports cancer survivors and their families by celebrating their strength and providing emotional and spiritual care. It’s a response to the silent struggles many face, offering community and comfort to those who never got a moment to celebrate survival.

Our U Pick It Farm provides hands-on agricultural education and food access. Our farm is where community members engage in hands-on agriculture, learning about food sustainability, healthy eating, and self-reliance. It’s more than a farm—it’s a gathering place for healing and hope.

Sismet Afterschool Programs is designed to support youth development through tutoring, creative arts, mentorship, and life skills training. These programs offer a nurturing environment that promotes academic achievement and personal growth in a fun, faith-based setting.


We’ve also partnered with The Reading Circle and other organizations to broaden our impact, especially in literacy and leadership development. In partnership with organizations like The Reading Circle  we host literacy programs, workshops, and community outreach events. Each venture aligns with our core values of service, mentorship, and empowerment.

We started this foundation to be the village we had—one rooted in legacy, service, and spiritual strength. OSC was not just a mother raising her family; she raised a vision. And now, OSC Foundation Inc. is growing that vision into real-world programs that support, inspire, and heal. This isn’t just a nonprofit—it’s a movement of love, resilience, and excellence. Simply put, we pour into people. Whether it's planting seeds on our farm, in the classroom, or in the hearts of survivors, we exist to make a lasting, positive impact—one program, one person, one purpose at a time.
